Love this little shop. Have been in with neices, and my daughter and friends, to buy plants from the potting bar which is super cute and reasonable. Today I went in last minute for homecoming. They were so kind about it and created a stunning corsage that will look great with the dress. Never going to another florist, this local spot is top notch.

We were just so thrilled at the beauty beyond what we could have imagined in this beautiful, and joy invoking flower arrangement created at Westerville Florist ! We live in Pittsburgh and wanted the best, ,freshest flowers for our dear friend, made up as we discussed with phone call .They truly are gorgeous and really brought a smile to our friend and her family . I couldn't be any happier! I discovered Westerville Florist at a Westerville Area Chamber event in January and I was so excited to have the opportunity to check them out as a customer. Unbelievable service from start to finish and why did I not use them before?? So wonderful! Lisa helped me out so much on Tuesday with my order for a thank you bouquet for my aunt in The Woodlands, TX after a long family formal wedding for my cousin.We wanted to thank her for all she did for us and Lisa made it happen! She heard what our interests were on product, timing, arrangements, set clear expectations on delivery, process, costs and follow up. From the time I left the shop she called me within an hour with all the details including offering to text a pic of what she found in the Spring/Woodlands area for delivery on Wednesday. You cannot beat this service. My aunt got her delivery and shot us a beautiful text of her flowers with all the graciousness of her surprise and thank you back for the surprise. NONE of this could have been accomplished without Westerville Florist. They have earned our business and we're a forever client. Support local businesses and check out this lovely florist. You will NOT be disappointed at all!

I ordered a custom arrangement from across the country for my mother's celebration of life in Ohio. Communication was great, and I sent them ideas along with a color and flower scheme. It arrived promptly at the time and place that was established for the event, and was absolutely beautiful! The arrangement framed our mother's urn well. I would highly recommend Westerville Florist!

Absolutely stunning arrangements! I received these flowers on Valentine’s Day and typically these types of arrangements only last a couple of days before dying. However, these are STILL going strong! They have started to bloom and the lilies smell amazing! I highly recommend this florist! Thank you!
